Acrylic crystal. Sterling silver case plated with 18k gold, measures 31mm x 24mm, case in excellent vintage condition. 17-jeweled Cartier cal.78-1 hand-wind movement, cleaned and serviced, in excellent running condition. Watch is all original. Fitted on new aftermarket leather strap and buckle.
